Privacy Policy

Account and access record

Firebase Authentication stores the account email, sign-in provider, verification status and a random account identifier. Passwords are handled by Firebase and are not stored in the AgLE database. We store the number and identifiers of distinct questions answered, the number of Skip grants and questions used in each grant, whether lifetime access has been purchased, transaction references and recovery links. We do not require a date of birth or school.

The server converts the network IP address into a keyed one-way hash for short-lived abuse detection. The raw IP address is not stored by the application and the hash is not used to build a location or advertising profile.

Advertising

This site shows advertisements supplied by Google AdSense. To serve them, Google and its partners may set cookies or read existing ones on your device, and may use them to show advertising based on your prior visits to this and other sites.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and review how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before any advertising cookie is set, and that choice can be changed at any time through the privacy options displayed on the site.

Advertising helps operate the reviewer. It never affects which questions are served, and no ad is placed inside a timed examination or a quiz attempt.

What stays on your device

Your selected answer choices, scores, attempt history, bookmarks, chosen theme and layout are stored in your browser's own local storage. They are not uploaded and we cannot read them. The server receives only a question identifier when you answer, so it can count a distinct question once without receiving which option you selected or whether it was correct.

Anonymous traffic measurement

To know roughly how many people use the reviewer, the site stores two random identifiers in your browser — one for the device and one for the visit — and counts page views, which subjects and topics were opened, and when. These identifiers are random values with no meaning outside this database and cannot be traced back to a person.

Anonymous traffic measurement does not record user-agent strings, screen or hardware fingerprints, referrers, answer choices or scores. Access-control processing of a keyed IP hash is separate from these analytics. The counts are readable only by the site administrator.

The public chat room

Chat messages are associated with the signed-in account's random Firebase identifier. Your account email is not displayed in the room. The display name you choose is stored in your own browser, and the messages you send are public to everyone in the room.

Messages containing what looks like an email address or a phone number are refused, in your browser and again on the server, because a public study room is not a place to publish contact details. You can delete your own messages. Treat the room as public and permanent.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting and its shared question bank, traffic counters and chat room use Google Cloud Firestore. As with any web host, Google receives the network requests needed to serve the site. See Google's own privacy documentation for how it handles that infrastructure data.

Payments are processed on PayMongo's hosted checkout. PayMongo receives the payment and any billing or receipt information entered there under its own privacy terms. The site receives a signed payment confirmation containing the transaction reference, amount, method, fee and status; it never receives card credentials or wallet passwords.

Children

This is a professional licensure reviewer intended for adults preparing for a board examination. It is not directed at children and collects nothing that would identify one.

Your choices

You may sign out at any time. Clearing this site's browser data removes local progress but does not delete your Firebase account, server-side meter or payment record. Lifetime access follows the verified account that paid. Purchases made before accounts were introduced are linked safely during sign-in; the recovery code remains available as a fallback. For a payment-record or access-data request, contact us with the PayMongo order reference or recovery code so the record can be located.
